Our team is trained to video tape the special targeted areas of their injury as well. Our team makes sure they are not noticed during investigation and we do not have personal contact with any of these personal injury individuals or insurance fraud individuals. We also have another team of professionals to do witness statements. We find out from our clients what they need to know and our investigator will encompass that need to know questions into the statement. We can tape record or note-take which ever your agency prefers on the statement with the witness. Our investigators know when to ask the sensitive questions and the questions that they might not want to answer. We understand this to be the most important part of the statement taking to keep the witness open minded to keep cooperating with the statement.
